woke up late for 3 consecutive days!! darn it!! some slap some sense into me!! grrrhh.. angry at myself..

but when i'm at fault, i'll admit.. when i'm not at fault and u want to blame me, i get very pissed!!

"are you sure you got get it? are you sure you count properly".. **** you!! i counted properly, i checked inside the box and it was correct!! so dont blame me.. and where and wat were u doing when i was getting all those ready? u r lingering around doing nothing cos u scared of dust.. go die!! and in the end, where was it? u left it in the other hut, and yet u dare to blame me!! pui pui pui..

i'm late, i apologised for it.. i left the keys in my room, i apologised for it.. but when it is not my fault dont come and blame me..

my dad was a technician/electrician.. helloz, i know more about it than u, yet i kept quiet.. dont go 'hao liao' if u only know a bit here and there..

ppl r so unhelpful these days.. NOBODY willingly to help me today even though i asked everyone!! KNS!! y is it so hard to help me carry something up the boat? i'm not asking for 100,000.. and the things not even heavy, it just too big, need 2 ppl to carry.. kaoz.. everyone at the jetty so unwilling to help.. may they have divine retribution.. may they have no business!!

5. 20th Jan (Sunday) - Garang Guni for COR
6. 26th Jan (Saturday) - supposedly going back home to celebrate Daddy's b'day, but doing FYP at JBP in the morning and whole afternoon, evening and night organising CNY celebration for SADeaf Comm, under Terp stuff
7. 27th Jan (Sunday) - whole afternoon and evening in JBP doing FYP

hmmm.. now i know where they all gone too.. i wonder where my weekends will be gone to next week? hahaah..

The source of the irritation

i finally realise y i dislike my FYP mate.. she got the "i'm holier than thou" attitude.. go and die.. but when shit happen she will whine and call me for help, so 'mei you gu chi'.. then like to pretend to know everything, pleeaaasseee.. like to parrot wat other ppl said before and pretend to know alot.. pui pui pui..

i'm officially my prof's secretary and personal assistant.. drafting emails for him, help him reply sms, setting up appointment etc etc.. hahah..

a lot of things dont turn out the way i want it to be.. but i guess tat is life..

the world is unfair? maybe, maybe not.. well, i think the world is fair in another sort of way.. hahah.. wat goes around comes around..

*sigh* how come my TOTO and 4D never 'kena' before de? though just buy for fun, but also buy quiet a few times le, still haven win anything before.. bohoo~~

Wala Wala with WS, Ibu, YX, MT and Ah Hai was simply fantastic.. of course not to forget the band Unxpected.. the songs were great too.. "Wake Me Up When September Ends", "What's Up", and the comical "I'll Survive".. LoL.. didnt have my wine though i'm very gianz for it.. just beers.. Kilkenny is nice!!

garang guni at Hougang area to help COR today.. old but still strong!! my group covered 13 blocks, with me as the leader!! hahah.. but leader or no leader, not much different.. just 'knock-knock-collect-collect'.. shiong.. i really dont understand y garang guni so shiong and yet i agreed to help out? someone enlighten me please.. hahah.. maybe WS or Ah Hai got the answer.. y LKK le still want to help out ar? hahah..

yesterday was my last day or terp training also.. haha.. errmm.. it was a crash course for terping.. so my terping still not zai yet.. haha.. gonna put in all my hard work.. to catch up with the rest and aim to be the best.. haha.. i wonder how my first terping will be? LOL

Beer and Skin

getting into the habit of blogging every night.. haha..

restart my tuition session with Desy.. she seems to be more cheerful and more open now.. last time no matter how i asked her, she just refused to speak.. now better le.. she will speak up le.. hahah.. good.. at least i wont be so agitated everyt ime i finish tuition session with her.. haha..

surprisingly today i find tat time passes by slowly.. usually when i reached back hall, very quickly will be like 1am le.. time to sleep le.. today after teaching tuition, back in hall, surf net, still 11.30 only.. hahah..

been under the sun for 2 whole days le.. skin damaged!! cancer?! haha.. doing face mask everyday to repair my skin.. haha.. very hot too.. drinking beer now to cool down.. just one bottle only, okay.. i'm not alcoholic!! really, beers help to cool down.. my prof said so too.. and he kept asking for beers.. haha..

today my prof asked me wat i wanted to do after i graduate.. and i told him "i dont know".. well, not really a good answer.. but then tat is the truth.. i really dont know..

been thinking should i go do something similar to my FYP, some naturalist, botanist, field biologist related stuff? or should i stay in lab? or totally non-science related?

i dont mind doing something on botany, field biology or even vet.. just tat the tot of studying again for a few years put me off.. stay in lab? well, didnt do any internship and my FYP not really lab-based.. so worried tat not able to handle lab stuff.. *sigh* should have go for internship.. back to my teaching? well, still considering..

talked to my prof today a bit about Singaporean in general (everyone, please do not be offended).. well, both of us agreed tat some Singaporeans are really too over-protected.. either by their parents or the government in general.. a lot of things they dont dare to try and we are wondering if they can take hardship.. well, only some ar.. not all, so please dont be offended.. and even u are offended, i dont really care..

the conversation with prof reminded me of how most of my *cough* *cough* friends put a lot of importance in exam results.. i argued before with my friends and i still think exam results are nothing.. they really prove nothing.. well i must agree, in general, if u succeed in studies, u will succeed in your life.. but not always so.. and exam results cant prove a person's character and personalities..

chinese have this saying "一命，二运，三风水，四道德，五读书".. so your 'dao de', character, is more important in deciding your life that study.. well, believe it or not is up to you.. but for me, i strongly believe in it.. exam results are prove nothing..

Assassin, duck shits and the surgery

i wanna gorge myself with full.. but i know it is not healthy.. haha.. CNY round the corner, so wanna stuff myself with pineapple tarts, almond cookies, kuih bangkit, peanut cookies, etc etc.. ohh.. and mandarin oranges too.. but i like the sweet one de..

so many things to do, so little time.. have to juggle between FYP and my tuitions.. and i tot i can squeeze in a weekly swimming session.. but dont think so bah.. schedule so erratic these few days.. hope will stabilise soon..

my prof is really the optimistic and 'kai lang' type.. seems like no bad news is going to affect him.. he just so cheerful.. falling in love with him..

went into the surgery room today.. not for human, but for birds instead.. haha.. nay, no surgery, just help to attach some harness on the bird only.. got chance to handle the bird also.. not easy.. very traumatising, for ME!! hahha.. i tot i broke the bird's bone when i'm holding it.. but seems like the bird is okay.. hahah..

Youngsters

wanna comment something about youngster nowadays.. before tat, i want to say i'm not a youngster anymore, i'm a young adult.. haha..

well, youngster nowadays like to listen to music, whether with their handsets, ipods, mp3 players, etc etc.. which is nothing wrong.. but the problem lies in they turn the volume very loud.. even with a earphone, i can hear wat they are listening to.. wat for turn the volume to high?

i find it very rude to talk to ppl with your earpieces on.. it is like you dont want to listen to wat i'm talking about.. so i'm offended when ppl talk to me with earpieces on.. well, at the very least take out on side of the ear lah!!

youngsters talk with their earpieces on and they turn the volume very high.. the result? they talk super loud!! and all these add together to become SUPER RUDE YOUNGSTER!! wat happen to the basic courtesy and wat you should and should not do in public?

well, today early morning was bad.. but the day turn out to be not bad.. but as the afternoon turn to evening it became bad again.. dont know how to explain.. just plain bad day.. *sigh* hope FYP will be over soon!! i want my holiday.. i want money.. i want grad trip.. i want tai tai life.. i want to nua.. i want to slack.. i want to do nothing..

found some wuxia fanatic as me!! TL, HZ and V-jie!! hahah.. a mere supper turned out to be a night out session of wuxia discussion.. of Yang Guo, Guo Jing, Huang Rong, Xiao Long Nu, Yideng, Huang Yao Shi, Xiao Shi Yi Lang, Jing She Lang Jun, Xuzhu, Lao Lao, Wang Yu Yan etc etc.. hahaha..

fight fight fight.. precious swords and stances and inner strength.. of love and romance.. haha.. simply love 'gu dai' drama!!

talked to V-jie on the way back to hall about religion.. well, first of all, let me say, i do believe in a 'higher-being' up there.. but i just dont really subscribe to any of the religion yet.. well, the reason..

i do believe in a 'higher-being' because there r still many things tat the modern science cannot explain yet.. a very good example will be how come all the C, N, Na, Ca, Cl, H, O, S (basically all your chemical compound) can form into a person WITH A CONSCIOUS AND CONSCIENCE?? it is just a bunch of elements becoming some compound.. where the conscious and conscience come from??

i dont subscribe to any religion due to various reasons.. well, if all the religions in the world r true, the how come within the same religion there is so many fractions and subgroups? y cant they merge to become 1? wat with the different belief if they r worshiping the same god?

and i have various other reasons which i dont think is suitable to put up on my blog.. but if u want to know more, talk to me directly, i'll discuss more with u.. if u try to convert me, then be prepare to argue alot.. cheers.. =)

~~2008 Resolution~~

the much delayed New Year Resolution for 2008.. hahah..

well, this coming mid-year will be graduating.. so, most resolution will be related to me joining the work force soon.. hahah..

• joining the work force soon, so my procrastination will have to go away soon too!! no more delaying, no more dragging, no more procrastinating!! FYP, finding work, etc etc..
• my mom always ask me to save money.. so must set-up some kind of a saving soon.. need to repay my study loan, save for housing, save for the rainy days, save for 'lao po ben', save for retirement, save for 'guan chai ben'..
• well, i'm someone who dont really believe in grades.. but still i can really graduate with a merit degree only.. must do well in my FYP to pull up my degree.. *cross my fingers* hopefully will get at least a second lower..
• since i started the interpreter course, must see to its completion.. improve my signing, finish up IS and AS if possible.. get more chance to terp, practice more, ASL perhaps, etc etc..
• last resolution is to make sure all these resolution will be follow through.. hahah.. =)

2008: Brand New Year, Brand New Hope

countdown again with RSPHI gang!!

started with our usual favourite activity~~ EATING.. haha.. went to Joo Chiat to eat dinner.. i tot we were going to eat crab!! but no!! ended up eating wanton mee.. they said it was very famous, but i find it totally not nice.. no taste and they dont even use the actual type of wanton mee.. they used some not nice de mee kia..

immediately after dinner was supper!! at Bedok 85.. satays, oyster egg, sting ray, chicken wings, sotongs.. oohhh laa laa.. but the others find the food a bit spicy ehh.. i think okay leh.. LOL.. stuffed myself full!! hehehe..

countdown and havoc wreaking at Gen's house.. imagine 22 ppl playing mahjong, singing, chatting, talking, playing board games etc etc.. pure havoc.. the noise!! i cant believe there is not ppl complain about the level of noise.. hahah..

won S$0.30 from mahjong session.. haha.. baked a brownie too.. a bit too little margarine, so a bit dry.. but still nice.. some wine to go along with the party!! wohoo~~ YX was a bit drunk.. she kept insisting she was not.. hahah.. funny.. too bad the cork debris spoilt the ice wine.. bohoo~~
