Great Pain

i'm having the most terrible headache tat i have ever had!! arrgghh.. it is killing me now.. take me every ounce of my strength to type this..

is it due to the lack of sleep? or the Famous Amos Chocolate Chips & Macadamia cookies? or the fall tat i had this afternoon?

yeah, fell from the stairs this afternoon.. rainy day + slippery sandals = falling NehBu.. not a terrible fall though.. just slip at the last step.. had a bum on my butt and scratches on my hands.. did the fall somehow hurt my backbone and cerebral? the headache really killing me..

the night is still young AKA insomnia

i'm having insomnia!! arrgghh.. i rarely have insomnia problem.. maybe is the coffee tat i drank during supper just now.. but cant be, coffee rarely caused me to be sleepless..

since i cant sleep, got plenty of time to think about things.. of course all these thinking happened at the same time when watching TVB drama.. so not very coherent..

thinking of starting a food review blog.. y? cos i find tat alot of food review blogs out there not very accurate.. or maybe i just dont agree with their verdict.. so wanna have one so tat the general public can have more choices.. at the same time, hope tat this new food review blog can generate some income for me.. (yes! you can get some income from blogging, but not so easy though)..

so ppl, any ideas or comments on how the food review blog should be? do give me your input okay, like wat type of food you wanna read about, any particular restaurants, any special requests.. basically anything..

i miss the days when i can just sit at a quiet cafe to eat, drink and simply read my storybooks or watching ppl pass by.. couple it with a friend or two, tat will be perfect.. i just did it 2 days ago.. now i miss it so much..

Set-meal or ala carte?

i wonder y must bf and gf are like set-meal.. they come together in a set.. u have one, u got the other.. why cant they go ala carte once a while?? arrgghh.. y must they stick to each other the whole time?? oh well, i'm not in a relationship, so maybe tat's y i dont know.. someone enlighten me please..

well, my gf went to Greece tonight, without me.. bohoo~~ hei, my gf, if u are reading this, remember to bring something back for me hor.. and no exotic stuff like kangaroo testicles!! hahaha.. Greece is famous for wat??

went to watch this Taiwanese movie "Cape No. 7".. an impromtu invitation by ibu and HZ.. the show is not bad for a Taiwanese movie.. a bit dragy at the middle.. and the scenes changing a bit too many.. LOL.. seems like a bad review, but it is not.. 6 out of 10 bah.. by the way, the 3 songs in the movie are nice.. hahaha..

Carousel

i think i'm over-spending for this month and i can foresee for the coming month too.. tat is NO GOOD.. my savings is depleting.. help.. for those kind hearted ppl out there, can donate to "Save-Edmund-from-Poverty-Fund"..

went to buffet today.. muahahahahaha.. Carousel @ Royal Plaza Hotel, Scott Road.. woooo~~ nice food.. the spread for shell type of seafood is too good to be true.. and everyone knows i'm crazy about mussels, clams, scallops and crabs.. haahaa.. the desserts are commendable also.. oooolalalala.. and not too ex.. with 15% discount from credit card (UOB, DBS or Citibank), the weekday lunch only cost S$37.02..

thinking of starting a business.. food industry.. my Table for Four.. haha.. but i guess i still lacking in experience, resources and funds.. hahaha.. anybody wanna be shareholders??

Fun in Dec

i really cant wait for Dec to arrive!! all the fun and excitement tat is going to happen in Dec..

regarding my Indian friend's wedding, wat gift should i bring? furthermore, she will be inviting our JC friends along.. mix feeling about meeting them again.. cos i'm guilty of not keeping in touch with them..

Money = Success ?

i hate to look at a job on the monetary side only.. but seriously, S$1200 is a little too low, dont you think so??

i know if i take up a S$1800 job, many ppl will raise eyebrow.. surely ppl will say "an undergrad deserve more" "blah blah blah".. i hate it when ppl judge your success by your salary.. seriously, earning less dont prove anything, it dont disprove anything also.. but do i really believe in this too?? somehow i doubting myself.. yes, i'm envious of my friends who have high salary..

and today i found out who was tat 'golden finger' tat back-stab me.. hope she get wat she deserved..

i have a feeling tat my PMS is coming again..

Catching Up

one great thing about owning iTouch, you can catch up on all those episodes of animes, dramas, etc, on the go.. watched like 3/4 season of my anime during my travel to and fro to my tuition today.. hahaha.. gotta download more, and more!!! TL i want the link!!! muahaha

it is nice catching up with friends.. but with everyone so busy with their own stuff, it just kinda hard to find the correct time..

talk about catching up, i need to catch up with a lot of things.. my get rich plan, my early retirement plan, my travel the world plan, my longevity plan, my high-pay-less-work job plan, my dark rich tan plan, my get fit plan.. hahaha.. no time to lose, lotsa catching up to do..

Happening Weekend

the weekend was full of excitement and happening..

14th Nov, Friday: the Almighty finally came back from Australia.. haha.. celebrated her arrival and her b'day together with Zionites.. Mellben Seafood @ AMK.. fantastic.. though the price was a little pricey, but really worth it.. crabs, prawns, chicken, vege and tofu.. the crabs' pincers were gigantic!! OMG~~ too bad everyone was too busy eating.. nobody bother with taking pictures.. hahaha.. the crab with bee hoon soup was yummy-licious.. should go again next time..

beers and chilled out at CHIJMES after tat.. nice cozy environment.. I AM NOT A "JIU GUI"..

15th Nov, Saturday: last minute Borders with Ibu, WS, Pat and Auntie.. nice chat at MacD after tat.. we really can talk.. from politics to shares to work to anything else under the sun.. haha..

16th Nov, Sunday: SS practice and shopping for clothes.. after shopping for the whole day, we still cant get our 'costume'.. *sigh*.. now my feet are very tired.. i got myself a cap though.. there is so many clothes i want to buy.. but a bit tight on the budget, so cant spend much.. bohoo~~ i love long sleeves shirt..

Continuous 3 days terping was tiring!! Another terping tomolo.. Since now no more tuitions till end of this year, terping will be my source of income till I get a perm job.. Can't be too picky, just have to continue terping!!

The closest I can get to be social worker is be full time terp.. Kenji been asking me a few times oledi.. Should I or should I not?

My friend's baby's first month next Sat!! Any suggestion wat prezzie to give to my friend?

Christmas is coming!! So exciting.. First Christmas after graduating.. Wonder how different it will be.. And I want Christmas party!! Somebody organize and invite me please.. Hahaha =)

Great Depression

nay, i'm not talking about the 1929 world wide economic downturn!! i'm talking about my today happening!! totally depressing!!

partly self-inflicted.. *sigh*

terp assignment at 9am, intend to wake up at 8.. overslept.. woke up at 9.05am.. *sigh* self-inflicted.. cos sleep at 5.30am!!

perpetually tired eyes.. 2 cup of coffee.. now i got a terrible headache!!

late for terp assignment.. 30 mins late.. still not too bad, cos haven really started..

worse!! the client said cant understand my signing.. cos he used more of ASL.. *sigh*.. no choice, have to call Kenji and asked him to replace me.. depressing..

on a slightly good side.. just slightly.. when along with the client to buffet lunch.. at this hotel opposite Far East Plaza (sorry, didnt see the hotel name cos too busy and also was in a shuttle bus, cant see the name outside).. but then again, not a very good thing, cos was too stressed over the terping assignment, cant really eat much.. in fact, only eat a small handful only.. *sigh*

in the end, Kenji took over.. worst, he said he barely started terping for over 1 year.. and he like so much better than me!! depressing depressing depressing..

i can foresee my PMS coming soon!! be warn!!

Social Work

the love-hate relationship with terping continues!! hahaha.. agreed to take on a ASL terping tomolo.. OH GOSH~~ hope can cope with it.. will be taking more terping to supplement my income, since now is the holiday season, no tuition..

i wanna be a social worker.. but mostly required a degree in social work.. any tat dont need a social work qualification?

was watching this korean drama today.. "What's Up Fox?".. nice drama.. love-comedy type of drama.. and the male lead is so shuai!! Chun Jung Myung!! hahaha..

Tone

lazing around the whole day.. supposed to send out resumes, but didnt, just kinda lazy.. and too much slacking will drive you crazy..

went to "Music Dreamer Live! Cafe" yesterday with Patty and MT, kinda last minute thingy.. well, this group of 3 guys which i like very much, cos they can sing Canto songs.. simply prefer Canto songs than Chinese songs..

bad thing about online chatting through MSN or any other type-based chatting, you can really know the 'tone'.. sometimes you dont know if tat supposed to be sarcastic, mean, happy, jovial or angry tone..

thanks to Kristin, I got a free massage at True Spa.. one word, SHUANG!! reminded me of the time whn me, CT, TT and XXY were doing thai massage at Phuket.. hahah..i dont mind have regular massage.. muahahahah..

some part of the massage was ticklish, though.. and some part painful.. especially the neck.. and the therapist said i got stiff neck!! a sign to go get massage more often? hahah..

i do wonder if massage really therapeutic? or is it just purely psychological..

back to my topic of my quest, i domt mind having Stephanie Sun's Eason's, Jay Chow's and Wong Lee Hom's albums.. anybody?

i wonder why ppl dont online nowadays.. so bored.. every night MSN seems so "leng3 ching1 ching1"..

Quest

I'm on a quest.. Not to conquer the world nor find longevity pills (this I leave to another time).. I'm on a quest to fill up my 16GB iTouch.. 16GB of songs!! Hahahaha..

Bought some CDs to compliment my oledi owned CDs.. A 2-disk Jazz album, the Hoobastank and Enya..

I remembered I used to have "Genius Love Company" by Ray Charles.. I borrowed from someone? Or did I owned it? Did I lend it to someone? I really love tat album!!

I want Corinne May's album also.. The one with Little Superhero Girl and Angel in Disguise.. Anybody?

Experiencing

Alright, just finished terping.. *phew* Dont think I did a good job though.. There is space for improvement.. A very big space, in fact..

Two good things about being a terp though.. Firstly, you get to learn a lot of things.. Especially when you terp for courses and seminars.. Secondly, you get to go places tat you normally won't go.. Ups and downs, I guess..

Still considering if I should take up the terping for the whole day events this coming Friday.. A new kind of experience but I don't think I'm ready..

FRIENDS vs FAMILY

wat better way to spend your Saturday evening than sitting, chatting and eating with your friends? especially if you are caught in the hectic and busy working life.. not tat i'm working currently.. but i'll surely want to spend my Saturday with my friends!!

from claypot rice to orange chocolate ice-cream with waffle to MacD apple pie.. we sure eat alot.. or rather, i sure eat alot.. haha.. i must really recommend the waffle and ice-cream at Daily Scoop @ Sunset Way.. wonderful.. they have exotic flavour too, like chocolate with chilli and some ginger-flavoured ice-cream.. i'm happy with just normal-flavoured ice-cream.. not tat adventurous yet when it comes to food.. haha..

and Sunday with family? well, i prefer my friends' company than family.. not tat i dont like my family.. i do love them.. especially my mom and my sisters and my dad.. but i still like friends better.. haha..

and i start to wonder when i can earn my first million? a year, a decade, or forever? only time will tell..
