time check - 1.29 am.. approximately 11 more hours to my next paper.. dont feel like sleeping now.. dont feel like studying either.. just want to nua.. play game, watch movies, dramas, animes, blog, read forum, anything but studying!!!

only at lecture 5.. 4 more lectures to go.. wohoo~~

and i spend the whole day accomplishing only like 1 and a half set of notes.. sianz.. progress very slowly.. and spend a few hours playing game and watching crunchyroll too..

today finally had my wished fulfilled!! thanks to TL and CC for the fried dough fritters aka 'you tiao' and kopi-o.. got the craving for very long liao but dont have chance to eat till today.. satisfied!! =P you guys r the best!! hahahah..

Hair for Hope 2007 is happening on 1 July 2007 (Sunday) at Velocity@Novena Square. Registration will open in early May (do keep a look out for it!) Another Day @ NIE Library

another day studying at NIE library.. the study gang went from 6 to only 4 now.. tomolo then will become 2 only.. then next monday onwards only me alone.. sob sob T_T

i wonder if next monday i got the mood to study alone or not.. hope got.. cos the 2 papers after monday are killers man!! hopefully can get at least all B for this sem.. else my second class honour a bit no hope le.. next sem must pia very very hard le.. (i tot i said the same thing every sem.. haha)

i still got time watching crunchyroll.. *sigh* to defend myself i'll say 'all work but no play make Edmund a dull boy!!'.. hahaha.. jia you jia you jia you!!!

Random Rambling

*phew* a few days didnt blog le.. haha.. kinda busy study but didnt study much also.. haha..

nothing much happen.. my lappie still giving me problem.. sigh.. but still manage to youtube-ing and crunchyroll-ing.. hahah.. long time didnt play maple le..

exam seems forever.. not ending yet.. sianz.. today paper disgusting also.. must pia for my next paper.. holiday seems so far away.. talking about the holiday, the langkawi person keep dragging and haven get back to me yet.. i must call and rush them.. if cannot book ar, then jialat liao.. better get it done quick!!! hahahah

this coming holiday i must work.. cos poor liao.. no money le.. must replenish my bank account.. and if possible, i want to squeeze in one more holiday trip.. with who? dont know yet.. anybody lor.. else go alone lor.. holiday alone!! wohoo~~ high.. hahah

Mayflower @ NTU Staff Club

*arrgghh* hangover!! headache now.. but i didnt drink alot leh..

went to Mayflower to celebrate Desmond's birthday.. an earlier celebration for him.. the food there was okay.. price 'mian chiang' still afffordable.. but the portion a bit too little.. or is it my appetite too big?? hahaha

neeway, the place there not bad.. the pub got affordable alcoholic drinks.. of course i'll grab some lah.. haha.. drank beers, haha.. now got a bit of hangover.. =P

there got KTV also.. but they dont have very recent de songs.. mostly can be considered outdated de.. but still can sing.. hahahha.. then hor, the KTV no need pay!! hahaha.. just buy a bottle of beer to sing the whole night!! wohoo~~ not bad hor..

environment there also okay lah.. not too crowded.. not dead also.. can sing, can play pool (or is it snooker? watever), can slack and nua, can eat, can drink, can play darts!! hahaha.. then is in school some more.. no need to go far far away.. hahah

*arrgghh* better go and eat panadol and study le.. hahah

PS - my computer still giving me problem even though still can use.. *sigh* should i get a new lappie (no $) or just go repair (also no $).. i think i'll try reformatting first.. but my CD reader also spoilt.. how to reformat?? *sigh* *sigh*

well, today was supposed to meet some of my friends to eat lunch.. once again i'm late.. well luckily today everyone was late, so it's still okay.. but kinda always late these few days.. well, actually my family was known for always late.. usually if there is any wedding dinners, gathering at relatives's house etc etc, my family will be the latest!! haha.. i think it runs in the gene of my family.. haha.. we can 'tu' very long even though we know tat we r late.. hahaha.. it is the GENE!! seriously.. haha..

*sigh* still got problem with my computer.. virus? maybe.. wear and tear? maybe.. need to keep restarting when it goes haywire.. so mah fan!!! *arrgghh* is it karma?? but i'm so GOOD!! haha..

New Lappie??

for the countless time my lappie had given me problem.. am thinking of getting a new lappie.. but where to get the money?? *sigh*

well, i can still use my NTU Student PC Loan.. i still haven use it.. but a loan still a loan.. still need to pay back.. well, from the package they offer, the cheapest one will be around 1500.. not bad right.. and tat 1500 is much better than my current lappie lor.. sigh.. should i get?? 'm really tempted to get.. *arrgghh*

neeway, i can use my lappie now le.. but it will go haywire anytime de.. dont know restart how many time le.. hope can publish this before it got 'sot sot' again.. i think is kena some virus bah.. doing lots of scan now.. haha.. a bit laggy now.. hope it get fixed soon.. still i want a new lappie hahaha.. who want to sponsor me?? kindly sponsor me okay.. hahaha

had my first paper today (or should i say yesterday? heck ar).. now i'm like on holiday mood liao.. even though still got 4 more papers to go.. hahah.. everywhere everyone is so busy mugging.. it is just so not me to mug.. but still i think i need to work hard for the remaining papers cos i really know nuts about the whole modules!! must now 'bao' and also must pull up my grades le.. else no more 2nd class upper liao.. chiong ar..

neeway, today was darn suay for me.. first, my lappie on strike since morning, thus cannot use.. then keep forgetting things, have to go back my room a few times to get those stuff.. then a bit late for exam.. then exam was hard difficult disgusting!!

okay, need to walk back to my room now le.. in case u all still dont know where am i, i'm at my school resource room!! my lappie cannot work so have to blog here.. hahah.. bye..

been studying these few days.. an improvement, usually i wont study de.. must thanks to my RSPHI friends, namely, WS, YX, YL, Pat, Desmond and special appearance, Ibu!! hahaha.. fun studying with u guys!!

though we may seems to be laughing and joking around most of the time, but i guess we accomplish our revision too!! not bad right.. it reminds me of a saying 'more haste, less speed'.. if u rush through, nothing much is accomplished.. well, kinda true.. we take our time, studying slowly, joke abit here and there, break for tea and snack (no wonder my pants feel so tight, haha).. but at the end of the day, we still managed to get something into our brain!! hehe.. good right!! =P

arrgghh.. darn tired now.. going to bed soon!!

Getting OLD

went back to conduct PRESS course today.. i'm darn tired now..

if it wasn't for the lack of instructor, i wont be going back to conduct the course.. and i realised that i'm too long out of practice le.. a bit rusty.. need to brush up my skill and knowledge again, else next course sure 'chui' de..

today course also very 'chui'.. cos last minute know my partner, so didnt do much preparation with my partner, then also he is a first timer, so need to guide him along also.. then, cos too long never conduct course le, so a bit rusty.. so a bit 'huang zhang' in the beginning.. but as the day progress, then okay le..

one more thing is i realise i'm getting old.. got this generation gap with the course participant.. no matter how hard i tried to act young, the gap is still there.. sometimes really hard to reach out to the young participants (secondary 3 or 4).. maybe i'll just conduct courses for young adult only.. hahaha.. so maybe i'll think twice when they ask me to be instructor for secondary.. =P

the 'juniors' r still young, look like still need a lot of time coaching them before i can sit back and shake legs.. still it was fun today!!

Raining

was supposed to attend a lecture but decided to 'ponteng'.. was supposed to finish up my reportS (take not, there is a 'S' at the end) but decided to procratinate again.. was supposed to do revision but am too lazy, so slacking now..

it has been raining for the pass few days.. *sigh* not tat i dont like rainy days, in fact i love it.. always like to play in the rain, the heavier, the better.. but now the problem is, i cannot dry my laundry!! arrgghh!! i'm going to run out of underwear soon, hahahah =P

looking forward to holiday now!!

I lost almost everything but found a whole lot more

saw this quote somewhere in Reader's Digest magazine.. kinda like it.. and it kinda espress out my personal philosophy (so cheem seh)..

i always tot 'you gain something, you lose something', cant have the best of both world!! part and parcel of life.. a simple example, you want a new laptop, well, you have to fork out the money.. easy to understand?? haha..

my friends and family members always ask me 'y u spend so much times doing those unnecessary things?' or 'what will u get from doing tat? nothing!'.. ohh, they r referring to my so called unimportant, unnecessary commitment.. i beg to differ.. i gain a whole lot more for the time i spend.. a whole new bunch of friends.. a whole new experience.. alot more.. tats y i'm not going to give up on those things!!

another point i wish to point out is, to me academic r important, but they r not the only things i pursue.. most of u all will think tat i'm like a slacker, dont study much, lazy, etc etc.. watever.. cos to me there are other more important things!!

PS - just some random thoughts.. if dont understand wat i'm saying, then forget it..

darn disgusting stuff happened today and i swear i'll have my revenge!!

lost my room key today and had alot of adventure.. been locked out of my room for almost 12 hours with only a comic book.. didnt even have my phone or wallet lor!! and i meet a few angels that helped me and also saw through the disgusting world of the so called working adults too!!

lost my key at around 7++am.. guess wat time i finally managed to get back to my room? 6.20pm!! in between lots of frustration, anger, disappointment, boredom, vengence, grateful, blessed..

so wat is the first thing u will do when u lost your key? of course report to the NTiUCampus Security and get a spare key from them (words of cautious: they only have spare keys for Hall 1,2,4-15 only, sorry Hall 3 and 16).. after filling up all the forms, then they told me they dont have.. instead of trying to help me, guess wat they said.. "maybe the hall officer will come today, u go back wait and see first".. please lah, NTiU adopted 5 working days nong nong ago lor.. if i wait till sunday also nobody will open the hall office.. ohh.. did i mention it? well, the asked me for identification even when i already told them earlier that i lock everything up inside my room!! dumb dumb.. and throughout the whole incident, they like dont believe i'm the owner like tat.. keep insisting i show identification.. WTH.. if u open the door for me, i can show u my IC, passport, watever identificatioin u want lah.. BODOH!!

nehmind, then i a bit lucky, so i went back hall and met they guy tat found my key, he actually slot it into the hall office glass window.. so it is inside the hall office le.. all i had to do is ask the NTiUCampus Security to open for me to retrieve my key.. guess wat? they said they dont have the keys.. ask me to come back 2 hour laters while they trying to find a way.. okay, commendable action, trying to help me mah.. *but pui, jia hao ren*

then i went back to NTiUCampus Security, they told me they called up my hall officer le.. he/she will come down to open the hall office so that i can retrive my key.. good, i tot finally i got hope le.. but he told me he/she will only reach at around 11-12.. so he asked me to wait at the hall office area at around 11++ to 12++.. okay, i said to myself, good.. and i had to teach tuition at 9.30 - 11.30.. just nice.. so i'll go teach tuition, come back get key then can get back to my room le!! wohoo~~ *pui again, things r not tat simple*

alright, so without wallet and phone how to go teach tuition? cannot call the tuition kid to cancel also.. at this time, i met my first angel!! Miss Ling Ling (a RSPHI friend).. though not very close to her.. but i abruptly borrow S$10, a pen and 3 full scape papers from her.. a but 'too-ran' to just borrow money from someone u not really close to.. but guess wat, she just lend me a red S$10 note without asking much!!! tat is wat i called 'a friend in need, a friend indeed'.. so off i rush to take a cab to go teach tuition (time check 9.35 le, oledi late)..

nothing much happened during tuition.. since i cant get my tuition material from my room, had to smoke through 2 hours.. haha..

after tuition, i rushed back with cab again, cos dont want to make the hall officer waiting.. but guess wat? another suay-thing happened!! upon reaching, i wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait.. nobody in sight.. i'm like a fool standing there.. so off i walked to NTiUCampus Security again.. and they told me my hall officer left le.. he/she cannot find my key inside the hall office.. so i still got no key!! then we argue, i can clearly see my key through the glass window, but how can the hall officer said cannot find.. even cannot find my original de, can go and get the spare one wat.. is he/she dumb or is he/she dumb?

so i had to walked back to hall office to show the dumb Campus Security guy where is the card.. cos he insisted tat i showed to him before he think of something again!! fine!! showed him le.. but guess wat.. he just asked me to wait till Monday.. wat the hell.. how to wait?? i dont mind sleeping in the TV lounge for 2 nights, but my food how?? i dont have my wallet!! is he dumb or is he dumb? then he just went off leaving me there all alone!! @#$%^&*@#$%^&^%$#@

so off i walked to NTiUCampus Security again.. there i really argue with them.. i asked him to call the hall officer again.. guess wat? he just 'fu-yan de' told me tat the hall officer went to changi airport.. ask me to call in the evening.. wth.. u think i'm 3-year-old ar? like i'll believe like tat.. then the whole office of NTiUCampus Security guy old ah pek just ignore me.. @#$%^&*(&^%$#@

no problem, i wont die yet.. i'm determined to solve this myself.. so i went back to hall, go to computer room, check wat other office/personel i can call (i got S$0.40 left of the S$10 from Ling Ling).. found one number from NTiUInternational Student Centre.. well, i'm considered as international student also mah.. haha.. and the number they provide is for after office hour de.. so i quickly go and call lah.. KNS.. that person reject my call.. after which, cannot go through anymore.. wat kind of hotline is tat if u dont want to pick up.. f*ck!

last resort!! go and find my hall fellow.. so i went up to my block hall fellow's unit.. is a she.. she is about to nua on her comfortable chair when i went up.. she is my 2nd angel!! she said she will help me.. we were about to go to look at my room when it started to rain, so i told her "lets wait for the rain to stop first, i'll just stay in the TV lounge and come and find u again when the rain stop".. she said "okay".. so off i went to TV lounge, watch some boring show, dozed off, woke up, read newspaper.. it was about 5++ (not sure cos no clock and my handphone not aroud) when the TV lounge door just opened.. it was my hall fellow.. she said she was worried about me so she came looking for me.. *ooww.. so touched* and she said the rain not going to stop so soon, so she suggested we go ahead and try to solve the issue..

see, despite the rain and the wet and slippery floor, she helped me.. unlike those f*cking bastard lao-chee-ko-pek at NTiUCampus Security.. so me and her when walking around my block trying to figure out wat to do.. despite the drizzling leh.. finally we decided (more like she decided) to ask the 24Hours Fault Reporting ppl to cut a hole in my mosquito netting to open the grill so tat can climb in to open the door.. well, look like someone with authority and power call will be different!! the 24Hours Fault Reporting ppl came quickly.. the NTiUCampus Security agreed to let them cut too.. wat the f*ck.. then y just now they dont want to cut it open for me?? KNS..

so in the end, after a bit of hassle with the 24Hours Fault Reporting personel, finally managed to open my room door.. without cutting the mosquito netting too!! double happiness!! now i'm savely in my room devising revenge plan..

ohh.. more on my 2nd angel.. she is really very nice.. she is really concern about me.. she gave me chrysanthemum tea and Julie's biscuit to eat cos scared i'm too hungry (cos she know i got no money).. then she said she already prepared to let me camp overnight at her apartment if all methods fail.. so nice.. her husband very nice also..

Good Friday

wohoo~~ Genki Sushi + Cafe Cartel = satisfied!!

since today is Good Friday, jio a few friends out for dinner.. but sadly only 2 can make it.. well, 1 alone, 2 a company, 3 is a crowd.. i should be satisfied!! hahaha.. thanks to XXY and LCT for the great company!! wohoo~~

first time dine at Genki sushi, not bad lah.. had sushi-es, sashimi, gyoza, salmon skin (personal favourite), unagi and cannot remember lah.. hahah.. after dinner sure must have dessert de mah.. so had cheesecake at cafe cartel.. now i realised that cake @ cafe cartel is half-priced after 9pm..

talking about cheesecake, cafe cartel's cheesecake is nice, but not as nice as Secret Recipe.. hahaha.. still prefer the Orange Cheesecake @ Secret Recipe.. wanted to go eat for very long le.. but everytime dont have chance.. haha.. must go and eat one of these days..

neeway talked about grad trip just now.. look like need to start saving up for it le.. or maybe rob a bank!! hahaha.. who want to donate to Save-Edmund-from-poverty fund?? all donations are welcome!!

ohhh.. exam in about 1 week ++.. but still nua-ing.. arrgghh.. i need motivation.. looking forward to my holiday trip to Langkawi too!! going with some RSPHI friends.. although some cannot make it due to budget restrain, IA-ing and stuff.. well, the more the merrier.. maybe next time can organise some trip where everyone can go.. hahah..
