What a Weekend! Drenched, swollen knuckles, aching thigh muscles

*phew* i actually survived it... survived the ardous task of knocking on every single doors in Boon Lay area and ask if they have old newspaper and/or old clothes...

well, u r right... went for garang guni for COR to raise fund for our project... never knew until today tat garang guni is so "shiong"... heard from friends before tat it is very tiring but experiencing it yourself is totally different...

wat make it worse is tat it rain the whole day... the wet weather didnt help at all... i think most ppl r going to fall sick... me included... and worse still, i still haven do my tutorial yet... arrrggghhhh...

now the question is to do my tutorial or not... to rest my body or to press on with my studies... such a difficult decision...

back to garang guni experience, it can be considered as a most memorable... u meet all kind of ppl... from the very nice aunties to the no-i-m-not-buying-anything-from-u attitude... some residents r very helpful... they tied up their newspaper nicely, pack things inside nice cardboard for us, expressing concern for us over the rain... and of course there will be 'bad' ppl also... some dont even let u explain your reason there and slam the door close... some will said "no, i dont want to buy" then slam the door... funny, who want to sell things to them??

well, today can be considered as the day when i knock on the most door... hahahah... so ironic... when i was small, i used to play truant by pressing/knocking on the door of my neighbours and ran away... now when i grew up, i had to knock on so many doors...

if u ask me if i want to do garang guni again... i'll say "NO!"... though is memorable but once is enuf...
