Motivation (Part 1)
recently, i realised tat i have been blogging about negative stuff more and more often... i wonder y??? did positive stuff dont happen to me anymore???
thus i had decided to blog about a series of motivational entry... hope this can inspire and/or help my friends tat read my blog and me... (actually these motivational stuff r not really from me... it is just my recollection of those motivational books tat i had read before or motivational talks tat i had attended... well, mostly is from the book "Being A Happy Teenager" by Andrew Mathews)
well, a lof of ppl want to improve their live... some says tat they have not enuf $$, some says tat they dont have b/friend or g/friend, some says tat they r not good in studies, some says tat they have no life etc etc... so how exactly do we improve our life?? how do we live more happily??
well, to improve on our life, we need to do some changes... wat changes?? where do we start?? actually u can start from any area of your life even though your persistant problems r something else... the important thing is to get started... start by improving any aspect in your life... it will eventually lead to solving your problem and/or improving some other aspect of your life...
for example, u wanted to improve your studies grades... so u decided to start improving on something, lets say by eating more healthy food... eating healthy food -> more healthy -> more energy as u feel less lethargic -> use excess energy to study.... TADA!!! u got better results...
another example, u still wanted to improve your studies grades... u started by improving on your body posture... better body posture -> more self confidence as u have better appearance -> have better faith in yourself -> less nervous in exam... TADA!!! again u got better results...
so the moral of this long entry is tat, if u find your life SUCKS and wanted to improve it... start making some positive changes to any (and i stress again ANY) aspect in your life... it will eventually lead to the changes tat u want...
believe it or not??!! tat depend on how desperate u want to improve your life...
