Motivation (Finale) : Every Little Things Count
well, hope the previous 2 entries on motivation proof to be helpful... this will be the last entry on motivation... muahahahah...
how do we really become successful??
ask a painter how to paint a perfect potrait... his answer will be "u must get the correct eyes size, the angle of the nose must be perfect, watch out for the curvature of the lips, the little lines on the forehead must be exact, the expression is important too, the position of the ears, the thickness of the eyebrows must be correct also... (and on and on)..."
which make it almost like playing badminton... the type of sport shoes u wear r important, the movement of wrist must be correct, it is important to take note of the type of rackets u use, the hand-eye-coordination must be fast, the angle u hit the shuttlecocks, the height tat u need to jump... (and on and on)...
which also make getting distinction in studies similar... u need to do all the tutorials, those boring lectures r important too, we must know the little graph, the advice from the lecturers must be listened, must correct our study method, the consistent effort counts too, the intense concentration r a must, must get the past year exams papers, the extra time we study in between lecture, the little quiz we tat we quiz each other, the last minute memorizing (although not recommended), the late night oil-burning (also not recommended)... (and on and on)...
so wat's the conclusion?? well, every little things tat we do r important... Becoming successful does not depent on one single big things tat we do... Becoming successful is about the little things tat we do everyday...
Success at anything is not the result of doing one big thing "right". It is the sum total of doing hundreds of things as well as you can, consistently and repeatedly.
Improvement is the result of getting better at each little thing.
Losers hope that a lucky break is someday going to change their lives (keep on dreaming, u losers).
Winners know that consistent effort in all the little things, every day, changes their life.
