the hidden paradise of Clementi.. Sunset Way~~ cool place.. went to this ice-cream place called "Daily Scoop".. nice.. *darn* i cant find my cable to transfer the pics from my phone to the comp.. else can show you guys.. the brownie was nice.. the Choc 'O Fruit ice-cream not bad too..

i think Sunset Way is nice place to eat and chill out.. and wat more, saw some Oktoberfest promo there.. muahahahahah..

neeway, October coming.. which means, Oktoberfest coming too.. wohoo~~ beer, pig's knuckles, gourmet sausages, festival!! anyone game on going Oktoberfest?

RSPHI VOC

the RSPHI volunteer orientation camp was darn tiring.. sapped all my energy.. slept only 5 hours for 3 days.. LOL..

not bad lah.. got room for improvement..

whee~~ had fun.. blend well with the junior-senior bah..

alright i'm too tired now.. going to sleep now.. hahaha.. all my muscles are aching now.. seems like age had caught up with me..

Interview *sigh*

the interview yesterday didnt went too well, i guess.. haha.. tot i was prepared, but i guess not.. was a bit stunned when they give me 20 mins to write an essay as a part of the interview.. shocked.. come to think back of it, i think i just wrote superficial stuff.. no second chance i guess.. time to flip tat Saturday newspaper again..

the annual WSC Thank You Dinner was okay.. venue was at NTU Alumni Club there.. was disappointed with the location.. tot the Alumni Club there will be a grand place.. but it just look like any normal function hall.. food was like canteen standard only.. nothing impressive.. *sigh*

reality check

in case you haven notice on my msn nick yet.. yeah, i got an interview coming on Monday!! hahaha.. finally ar.. but then again, i would prefer it to be from SGH or DAS.. oh well.. NYC should be okay too.. cant be too picky now.. hahaha..

the weather is so hot recently.. sweating for no apparent reason.. sweating even though i just sat in the living room in front of the full-blasting fan.. should go take a dip in the swimming pool tomolo morning.. cant take the heat..

almost the end of Sept oledi.. if i cant get a job by mid-Oct, i'll just get a cashier job first.. else i cant survive till the end of the year.. reality check - i need to work ASAP..

Butter Raisin Rice

as a housebrother, I'm tasked to feed my sister.. make sure she eats well..

sauteed broccoli with garlic, pan fried chicken and butter raisin rice.. salivating? haha..

the sauteed broccoli with garlic was okay.. just nice.. the pan fried chicken would be nicer with some kind of a sauce.. lemon sauce or black pepper sauce will be good.. the butter raisin rice didnt turn out tat well.. cos dont have butter, used margarine.. MARGARINE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SUBSTITUTE BUTTER!! BUTTER rockz.. boo to margarine..

given 6.5 stars out of 10 stars by my sis.. not bad ehhh.. hahaha..

my best friend's father passed away.. he was a reputable teacher, a good father and a nice elder to us.. my deepest condolences..

such a long time since the last time i carried a lantern.. i remember i used to like to play with the candles instead of the lantern.. hahah.. will deco the whole house with candles instead of lantern.. LOL

mooncakes from NGT, Hong Kah Point were not bad.. nice!! pomelo was sweet too..

will working really kills your spontaneity? if so, i dont wanna work..

Where is the Paralympics coverage?

y is there no coverage for paralympics? i dont see any match on TV.. even the newspaper dont report much on the paralympics.. so unfair..

on a brighter side, luckily i went for the Clementi dinner last Saturday.. had so much fun!! wohoo~~

these are wat we did in Essential Brew.. had so much fun.. the messages were totally distorted and hilarious!! this is how it is played.. first, each person write a sentence on a paper and pass it to the next person.. then tat person will have to draw something to represent the sentence.. before passing on to another person, cover/fold the original message.. then the next person have to guess the message from the drawn picture.. and it continues with drawing and guessing of messages..

coffee or tea?

would you eat a piece of cake (cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, chocolate fudge, etc) with a cup of coffee or a cup of tea?

life is short.. would you rush to accomplish as many things or would you slow down and take things easy? i choose the later..

yearning for a cup of coffee and a piece of cheesecake.. sitting at a cafe, slacking, reading a novel.. chatting with friends..

finally start to send out resumes again, after having a break of 2 weeks.. haha.. of all the jobs, i really hope to get the SGH or the DAS de.. keep my finger crossed!!

Simple update

the game was silly but it was sure hilarious!! "Crab and Lobster are good friend" turns out to be "the boy shoot the girl with tied hair tat he didnt recognise".. hahha

surely fun going for Clementi dinner.. will surely join in for more next time.. fun fun fun..

kick-started RSPHI Alumni le.. hope can sustain it.. more things to be done.. the immediate tast will be to collate contact database..

mysteriously, 100 bucks were deducted from my POSB account.. hmmmm.. or was it i used it without realising? oh well, will check it out..
